I have taken many different vehicles i've owned over time to Baxter (prior Performance) Volkswagen in La Vista and wanted to commend the service department. Every time i went there, i was always greeted by name and treated well. Especially the main 3 service advisors i worked with, Pat Nostalgia, Duane Singleton and Mark Carmichael. One specific visit stands out in my mind as my vehicle was being worked on, and i needed a shuttle to get to work. The shuttle was running late, and Duane Singleton took me in his personal vehicle to work, rather than wait. That kind of commitment to customer service is what sets this group apart from the others. False Advertising I went in ready to buy a car they had advertised on their website. After the test drive they told me the advertised price was wrong and would not sell I went in ready to buy a car they had advertised on their website. After the test drive they told me the advertised price was wrong and would not sell for that price. They were not willing to deal in any way. I am contacting the U.S. Volkswagen headquarters as well as the BBB and the Federal Trade Comission. They should have honored the advertised price. More

Joe was friendly and personal talking about family and restaurants etc... It wasn't just business.Joe has also contacted us many times after the sale to get our feedback. It made our experience a lot less stressful when making a big purchase decision. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Vw Jetta Tdi, and drove to Denver getting 53 mpg's. My wife loves her car and I'd recommend Performance VW to my family and friends. More
