I've owned my Tiguan for about 15 months. Buying the car was a great experience, but the Service Department is remarkable. The time spent at this location was well spent. We originally came in to see a Jetta, but were open minded to see other models. So when faced with a problem recently related to disability we asked Matthew for help and he showed us what we wanted to look at and then sat down with us and asked us what we needed for a vehicle and how certain cars would fit that model and then showed us cars we had not really thought about. So after a few days and looking around I noticed that the price and condition of ALL the vehicles at Performance were a value.
