A WRONG RIGHTED! THANKS BAY GULF! How a problem is handled is way more important than the problem itself. I wrote the below review 8 months ago and I am happy to report that my issue was addressed and rectified. Cesar and Liz at Bay Gulf stepped up and did the right thing! Not only was my car returned, but it was fixed at no charge. Bay Gulf could have ignored my issue, but they actually did right by me. Even today, almost a year later, they are still working with me, trying to help me out in a tough situation. My original salesman is no longer with Bay Gulf and my experiences after this incident have been pleasant. Bay Gulf showed real character, which is hard to come by in a used car dealership. Because of how they handled my situation, I will do business with them in the future and recommend my friends and family. It’s clear now that Liz and Cesar really care about their reputation and their customers! Very happy with the outcome! Thanks
