We bought a car at Bay Ridge Honda a couple months ago and have been enjoying it very much so far. The dealer was very helpful and really tried to accommodate all of our requests. Richie, the sales rep. was unbelievable.From beginning to end he explained the process and details so well that there were virtually no questions left for me to ask. I felt absolutely no pressure. He worked diligently to get me the car and color I wanted and to make the whole process run smoothly.I still can't believe how easily everything went. Ritchie was also very congenial, friendly and eager to please.What a great example of integrity and salesmenship, not to mention the great deal I got! A few weeks back I wrote a review that was not the true feeling I had of Bay Ridge Handa. I had a situation that I was not satisfied and did not contact one person from Bay Ridge Honda. I just wrote and feeling I had of Bay Ridge Handa. I had a situation that I was not satisfied and did not contact one person from Bay Ridge Honda. I just wrote and complained about their professioanlism,their cutomer service and the way they handled my situation. When after one letter to Mr. Gambino I relaized I was wrong to be so frustrated before I even talked with anyone at Bay Ridge Honda. After the letter I must ask you to delete my review of September 10th and leave this review posted. The Manager, Hank helped as much as much he could do. After the service of all three men it was clear to me that Bay Ridge Handa dose not this to make a sale but rathe to please a customer. The situation that I encountered I made out of proporation and therefore my first review was not satisfied with Bay Ridge Honda. However one phone call and one letter Mr. Gambino and Hank did all that was necessary to make me satisfied, which also restored by idea that Bay Ridge Honda is the number one dealership in New York City. I look forward in three years to either Lease or buy a new Honda from Bay Ridge Honda with the salesperson, Mark I have used for the past three cars. He is very professional and helpful.
