Horrible experience. They scratched my rims on Tuesday and then when I returned to have more work done on my vehicle, later that week on Thursday August 24,2023 they scra They scratched my rims on Tuesday and then when I returned to have more work done on my vehicle, later that week on Thursday August 24,2023 they scratched my rims again the employee James enven told me on Thursday not to worry about anything and that they would not scratch my rims again but when they were done they scratched the center bolt holes area and the outer rim area of the rims and on both sides of my car, the driver’s side rims and the passenger side rims. I called them and said I would be back on Friday to talk about it with them and on how they were going to fix it but on Friday Kyle said that it wasn’t anybody’s fault and that he didn’t know when they would be able to fix them. What kind of dealership does that, not cool. More
