Technician left the inside of my car nasty. Greasy hands on everything and was down in my carpet from his shoes. The leather arm rest was filthy. I would have to say this was the worst service appointment to date. With an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I expected to be there at least an hour (this has been about the norm appointment to date. With an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I expected to be there at least an hour (this has been about the norm for them), but 2-1/2 hours is not acceptable especially considering they did not even compete the tire rotation. Since my last three vehicles have been purchased at this location, I have allowed them to service my vehicles, but I believe I am done. More
