They scratched my rims on Tuesday and then when I returned to have more work done on my vehicle, later that week on Thursday August 24,2023 they scra They scratched my rims on Tuesday and then when I returned to have more work done on my vehicle, later that week on Thursday August 24,2023 they scratched my rims again the employee James enven told me on Thursday not to worry about anything and that they would not scratch my rims again but when they were done they scratched the center bolt holes area and the outer rim area of the rims and on both sides of my car, the driver’s side rims and the passenger side rims. I called them and said I would be back on Friday to talk about it with them and on how they were going to fix it but on Friday Kyle said that it wasn’t anybody’s fault and that he didn’t know when they would be able to fix them. I took my truck in for recall fixes and AC fix. They called and said they had to charge $480 to fill the AC unit to diagnosed the problem. I said thats fine but I know its just going to drain out They called and said they had to charge $480 to fill the AC unit to diagnosed the problem. I said thats fine but I know its just going to drain out. I authorized them to do that. In less than an hour or so they called back and said It needed an nearly the entire AC system including a condenser (which had just been replaced but I didn't tell them that). I feel as though I was pushed off and quoted $4800 to fix it just to get me out of their shop. I apprecaite them only charging me $187 instead of the full $480 (which is ridiculous in the first place). I absolutely loved this dealership and drove by two other dodge dealerships just to get to this one. However, afer this experience I'll bee purchasing my vehicles else where. More
