I would have to say this was the worst service appointment to date. With an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I expected to be there at least an hour (this has been about the norm appointment to date. Since my last three vehicles have been purchased at this location, I have allowed them to service my vehicles, but I believe I am done. More

Staff was friendly but I waited on hold over 15 minutes and still didn't get to talk to an advisor in the service dept. Someone else answered and spoke again to me. My car was there for 2 weeks.
