When I made my appointment, I specifically asked about charges to ensure I would not be blindsided. At no point was I told I would have $150 to pay for diagnostic charges. Service manager called and told me my quote to do the work would be around 1,250 or so dollars. I told him go ahead. He called back a short time later and said I needed fuel filters which was approximate work would be around 1,250 or so dollars. I told him go ahead. I went to pick up the truck and it was over 1,900 dollars. He was on speaker phone with myself and my boss when he started the first number(1250+-) and that’s what made us agree to the work. When confronted he said original number was 1,560+- which is not true because we probably would not have agreed to the work and just done it ourselves. Not a good way to get repeat customers. We own 3 ram Cummins trucks and ford is looking better every day. More
