Extremely poor communication from the service department. Not to mention that every time I called to check on the status of my vehicle I was placed on hold for an average of 15 minutes each time. When I finally got to speak to someone they had to track down "our" technician to get an update. My vehicle was with the service department for over a month waiting on a part that was on backorder. Only to find out that Bayird has a new policy that you have to pre-pay for the part before they will even order it for you. Would have been nice to know that little piece of information BEFORE I called Chrysler Cares. In fact, I was informed of the pre-pay via Chrysler Customer Service, not from Bayird. Bayird had told me the hold up was because the part was on backorder and only informed me about the pre-pay AFTER I asked the service manager about it. Needless to say, we picked up our vehicle and have taken it to a different dealership to be fixed. More

I got my car there at 11:30, I had an appt to #1 have the ignition checked as it had a delay if it would start at all. There had been 3 ignition switches put in the car in the last 3-4 years, kept having t ignition checked as it had a delay if it would start at all. There had been 3 ignition switches put in the car in the last 3-4 years, kept having the same issues. Reason #2 was to have the oil changed. Reason #3 was to have a bump in the front end checked that I would hear occasionally. I waited there for the car to be fixed. I finally was told after 2:00 that my car needed a complete new front end. I asked about the ignition and nobody knew anything about it... I asked for a written estimate and sometime after 3:00 they brought me one. They quoted me $3,566.09+taxes for a new front in and $996.01+taxes for a new ignition switch. I have 55,000 miles on this Chrysler 300. At this point I asked to speak with the General Manager and was told he was not there but a guy named Robert Woodall was. He came out and was nothing but a BULLY. He knew I wasn't happy with the service and threatened if I gave them a bad review the young lady up front, Kelsey Mullins, would definitely lose her job. Kelsey had been nothing but kind and professional. It was the mechanics in the back and Robert Woodall that had been the issues. Robert Woodall told me my car was not fit to leave the parking lot that I would kill somebody or hurt myself. He was pushing me to trade my car for a new one, I DID NOT come there to buy a car (nor would I buy one from them). I kept telling them I was not trading my car with only 55,000 miles on it. I paid for the oil change and left. I took my car to another garage and found out what they told me was wrong with it was a lie. The front end only needed the ends on the tie rods replaced and there wasn't anything wrong with the ignition switch, it was a relay switch. I'm sure the relay switch had been the only problem when they kept changing out the other ignition switches. So for a few hundred dollars my car got fixed. I will never trust Bayird Motors again with my car. I was a single woman and they were trying to take advantage of that. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!! More
