The service was great, as always. That and price are the main things that keep me coming back time after time. However, they could use an extra hand or two on Saturdays. The associates kept apologizing and could not have been more pleasant and friendly! They kept us informed and made the long wait more bearable. More

I have to say it was right the opposite at fletcher and will not be back to fletcher. I bought 4 jeeps from fletcher and would not buy a tricycle from them from this point on. Fletcher kept my vehicle for 2 weeks and didn’t even fix problem. I took it to Bayird and they had it figured out 20 minutes after I dropped it off. I had vehicle back in two days and haven’t had any issues with it. They fixed it. More
