Awesome service!!! Was on the start of a vacation and got stranded in the town of Paragould, Ak. Had to take my diesel truck in for a def pump that decided to go out. Was on the start of a vacation and got stranded in the town of Paragould, Ak. Had to take my diesel truck in for a def pump that decided to go out. Phillip in Service felt bad for what my family and I were going through and jumped right on it. Had it diagnosed, parts ordered, covered by warranty in just a few hours. I rented a vehicle to finish out my trip, but Phillip still stayed on top of it and got it done the next day when the parts arrived. He even went above and beyond and did 5 recalls I didn't know I even had. Thanks again for the help. Great team and great service!!! More

Took my truck in for xx up on the drive train they couldn’t find anything but said there was some slack in the four wheel drive shifter leaver and nut needed to be tightened wouldn’t be covered under couldn’t find anything but said there was some slack in the four wheel drive shifter leaver and nut needed to be tightened wouldn’t be covered under warranty because wasn’t part of drive train I paid the bill but I do believe it was part of the drive train, and I thought this wasn’t very good bissiness since I am thinking about buying my third dodge tuck soon. The service center is the best I've ever seen! I had taken my 2012 Town & country van to three other local mechanics that I had used previously. None of them were able to effectively diagnose the issue. taken my 2012 Town & country van to three other local mechanics that I had used previously. None of them were able to effectively diagnose the issue. I left my van with Phil and William and in less than a week they had diagnosed and extremely complex electrical issue. I feel like I was treated with respect, was listened to, and I was not out an arm and a leg to repair a used vehicle. I've already recommended them to my coworker and will continue recommending this service center to anyone else because this has been the best experience dealing with a car repair. I can change my own oil and other basic maintenance but am otherwise clueless and I absolutely hate doing any car repairs. But these guys made it a positive experience for me! More
