My name is Mark B, and on Monday September 15th 2025, I drove 2 hrs from my home to Bayside Chevrolet @ " 109 Auto drive, Prince Frederick Md, 20678, and purchased a new 2025 Corvette Eray. Red mist metal drove 2 hrs from my home to Bayside Chevrolet @ " 109 Auto drive, Prince Frederick Md, 20678, and purchased a new 2025 Corvette Eray. Red mist metallic. VIN:1G1YM3D43S5502330. I traded in my new, two week old 2025 Corvette Eray. Rapid Blue. Vin :1G1YL2D4XS5503083. I only owned that car for two weeks, and it only had a total of 67 miles before driving it to the Bayside dealership. My car was always garage kept and in brand new mint condition. First, I want to say my salesman Dallas Roberts was very nice, as well as the Sales Managers, Shane Hammett, and Jay Wedick. BUT, I am very upset, and dissatisfied. I feel taken advantage of on my trade in car value. My trade in car was a 2025 Corvette, and had a new sticker price of $127,565. Only 2 weeks old, and 67 miles. Bayside Chevrolet Dealership only gave me a trade in value of $106,000 for my car. That is a difference of $21,565. I feel for my car having ONLY 67 miles before I drove it to the dealership, that the trade in value was extremely low, and not fair. I expressed my disappointment in the trade in value to the sales staff before I signed any paperwork. And I politely said to them, that I would be giving a negative review because of my trade in value on the customer GM review experience. I was hoping the dealership would have said to me how can we make your Bayside experience better. But the response to my disappointment from Sales manager Shane Hammett was, "that's what happens when a new car is driven off the lot". Sales manager Jay Wedick said to me as I was leaving the dealership after the deal was done, "Try not to beat us down too much on my GM review. Also at Bayside Chevrolet, I did apply my GM discount towards my purchase, as I worked at the GM automotive plant in Wilmington Delaware. As a past GM employee, I'm ashamed of how I was treated in this Bayside car purchase. The GM discount had nothing to do with my trade in value. Bayside Chevrolet sales managers absolutely knew what kind of an amazing car I was trading in. My car is now listed on the Bayside Chevrolet website, and I saw their comment describing my car. This is what they said about it. I quote: "A truly rare find, this like new One Owner 2025 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray 2LZ has just 151 miles and is virtually showroom fresh. The original owner opted for a different color, creating a unique opportunity to acquire one of the most sought-after Corvettes available today without the wait." Also the listing says "Our Promise - Simple. Honest, Fair " Not to mention my trade in car is being listed at $115,000, and I was only given $106,000. A $9,000 difference. In closing, the sales staff at your dealership knew I was buying this new 2025 Corvette as a surprise for my wife, and they knew that I really wanted it for her. I have to say, if I wasn't buying this car for her, I would not have purchased it because of my trade in car value. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing any future cars from Bayside Chevrolet. I will be letting my family and friends know about my experience at Bayside Chevrolet. As well as telling my friends at the " Cars and coffee" classic and vintage car gathering in Hunt Valley MD. This is held every Saturday. Thank you for having this platform to explain my experience at Bayside Chevrolet Sincerely Mark B More
Made a very reasonable offer on a Corvette that wasn't accepted. They raised the price the very next day and have not sold the car 2 weeks later. Their loss. Everyone from the front door to the service desk employees were polite, and ready to help. They answered all questions and went over everything in detail. They treated us as if we were the only cust employees were polite, and ready to help. They answered all questions and went over everything in detail. They treated us as if we were the only customers in the place. We have been to two other Chevelet dealers near us and were not treated with the respect and kindness that we received at Bayside Chevelet. More
Excellent Experience - H onors Sales and Specials Excellent Experience - Found the car and the price I wanted online - expected the worst because I had been to other dealers and the "internet price" i Excellent Experience - Found the car and the price I wanted online - expected the worst because I had been to other dealers and the "internet price" is never the same when you get through the door. This could not be further from the truth!!! Michele in sales was honest, easy to work with and was willingly to meet our expectations. We then worked with Monica for the paperwork and she was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all the ins/outs of warranties and what the dealership offered. We were in and out in no time - Great Experience! Although we live over the bay bridge and traveled for this car - continuing with them is possible because we can use their Nissan Annapolis location. My family has been dealer loyal for a while and this was a new experience with a new dealer -- I wish I had switched earlier. We will be in the market again soon with our son and will definitely return!!!!!!!! Thank you all. More
Losing Confidence in Service I really want to have a good relationship with Bayside but have lost confidence and am seeking another dealership. Every appointment I have had is at I really want to have a good relationship with Bayside but have lost confidence and am seeking another dealership. Every appointment I have had is at least 3 hours, even an oil change. I have a 2016 Cruze bought new from bayside. At about one year old it had a piston issue and it was replaced under warranty, two years later oil leaking requiring repairs over $1000. The actual technician said that would have been disturbed during the piston replacement. Bought new tires there too, when I picked up the car TPMS failed on a tire, replacement cost of $200. Called for transmission fluid CHANGE, I was told the recommended service was a full flush for $297. When I asked if they were aware of GM's technical service bulletin stated that fluid flushes are NOT recommended or endorsed by GM. They were not aware of this bulletin (I found multiple such bulletins dating back to 2013). I was told drain and replacement service was NOT offered. I immediately called another dealer that offered the service but they too were not aware of the TSB-04-06-01-029G or the revision for 2016. I have had some good experiences too and really thought highly of Wayne. But have begun to lose confidence. Every encounter with the mechanics has been great too. Starting to feel that the service management and advisors are driven more by profit or commission rather than the customer service experience as they advertise. I have bought 3 vehicles from bayside and had many service visits but don't think I will be a "Bayside for Life" customer. More
Can’t handle service some days, apparently. About 3 hours past my appointment time before a simple oil change could be started. Small delays I can handle, but this is completely ridiculous. Bayside for Life Means More Than Just a Dealership Slogan There are not enough positive things to say about Bayside Chevrolet. From sales to service -- this is where you want to be, hands down. I am act There are not enough positive things to say about Bayside Chevrolet. From sales to service -- this is where you want to be, hands down. I am active duty military and have either purchased a GM vehicle or had a GM vehicle serviced n multiple states by multiple dealerships, and there is no comparison to what you will experience at Bayside Chevrolet. My first experience there was in the service department with Wayne Lopez. His exceptional customer service and personal approach towards customers, makes him a true asset to the dealership and my interactions with him were a large part of why I returned to Bayside to purchase a new Silverado. Amy Lowe helped me with the purchase and could not have been better working with me to find exactly what I wanted and at a price point I was willing to settle on. My experience buying the Silverado from Bayside was by far the best I have ever had at any dealership I have ever been to, regardless of the brand. Through no fault of Bayside, my new truck had a series of necessary warranty repairs in the first four months of ownership. It was just one of those things that unfortunately could happen with any new vehicle -- you just hope its not yours. I don't think any other dealership would have had such strong customer advocates in their service department like Sean Miller and Ellen Jackson. They managed my expectations exceptionally (which were demanding given the price tag and newness of my truck), and I always felt like they had my best interests in mind and presented a customer approach first mentality. Even when GM disappointed me with how they handled the problems at the their level, Bayside stood up and went above and beyond to correct the situation and make it right. If you ever need to rely on Bayside Chevrolet's service department -- know you can with Ellen, Sean, Wayne, and Ashleigh there to help you. After another problem appeared that required yet another extended time frame for the warranty repair to be completed, I decided it was time to trade in the Silverado for a same model year replacement and start over. Amy Lowe worked her magic to make the situation right for me as a customer. Between her efforts and that of Roy Johnson's, I was able to get into another Silverado that was as close to an exact replacement you can get to the vehicle I traded-in. Their patience and empathy were incredible. So, much that they found a the truck I ultimately purchased 400 miles away and did a dealer exchange to get me exactly what I wanted. Roy kept me informed every step of the way and went out of his way to make sure I drove off the lot in my new truck even happier than in the previous one. Both of their commitment to me, even as a near first-time buyer at their dealership, were amazing and speaks for itself. This dealerships boasts a slogan of "Bayside for Life" and I can truly say that I will be a customer for life given my experience there. If you do not live in the immediate area -- you will want to go out of your way to come to Bayside Chevrolet. It will be worth your time and effort to get the level of attention and care they give to their customers. If you're buying new make sure you ask for Amy Lowe and Roy Johnson. More

Becca took the time to ensure that I was familiar with all aspects of my vehicle, including introducing me to additional staff who were knowledgeable about this particular vehicle's history. I am confident that I've received a quality pickup, and Bayside treated me very well. Would come back, and would definitely request assistance from Becca again. More
