I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle on June 22. The car was returned to the service department on June 28 for the installation of a remote start. Also, it was at this time I informed the service department that the on-star system reported an emissions problem and the fact that all the tires were low especially the left front tire. No one called me on June 28 or 29th to inform me as to the status of my vehicle. When I called late afternoon on June 28 I was told that they had gotten busy and did not get to my vehicle. Again, no one called me on June 29. I called the service department and spoke to Taby Hower who was uncertain as to the status of my vehicle but stated that she would call me on June 30 when the vehicle was ready. She did not call me on June 30th. I stopped by on June 30th and the car happened to be ready. I advised my salesperson Luisa Trembley about my problems with the service department and she assured me that Ms. Hower would be on it and be responsive. On July 2 the check engine light came on and the remote start would not work. When I looked under the hood I noticed that the windshield wiper fluid tank was empty and there was no anti-freeze in the overflow tank. I took the vehicle in once again and the service manager Taby Hower promised she would call me on Thursday, July 5 to lt me know the status of the vehicle. She did not call. I am so frustrated with the non-responsiveness of the service department and have no confidence in them nor the vehicle. More

I must say several years I dealt with Bayside Chevrolet and was dissatisfied with their service. So much that I didn't want to go back. My family experienced the same. I was reluctant to go to them agai and was dissatisfied with their service. So much that I didn't want to go back. My family experienced the same. I was reluctant to go to them again this time, however, things have completely changed. I totaled my vehicle on June 8th, when a woman struck me from behind. It was time sensitive to get another vehicle and because I work in DC and a single mother, I did not have alot of time to sit in a dealership. Jim Denison and Harry worked everything out over the phone and when I got there at 5:15 pm, Joe Loyd and Jim Denison took care of me from that point and had everything ready for me, from the paperwork to the car. At financing I was straight and to the point and so was Jeff Barley. Hard to believe I was out the door at 6:30pm. I couldnt ask for me. Thank you Bayside! Keep up the great job! Tammy Parker More
Karen was recommended by her boss. I had asked Paul in service for a recommendation and he spoke with her boss. She was very helpful and was willing to take as long as I needed to do the test driving and service for a recommendation and he spoke with her boss. My sales person was truly the reason that I went with this dealership. I found that at other dealerships, the sales associates didn't really know what they were selling...they were just trying to make ot this dealership. Let's face it, I'm the consumer, let me decide who is best. However, at Bayside, Luiza Trembley, she knew the product...and the process. True professionalism(and none ot that tasteless rhetoric about other dealerships)is what I received and I have nothing but accolades to say/give. More

The most influential part of the deal was that we received a good trade-in on our purchase of a used vehicle. And, a guarantee of any repairs or issues for a few months after purchasing the vehicle. That did happen and the problems were minor and repaired quickly. Now that's how to run an honest business. Hats off to Bayside for fairness and integrity. We would highly recommend. More

Luiza explained all of the options and features in a thorough and knowledgeable manner. What I appreciated was her sincerity, absence of pressure and understanding of the products that the company sells. All thanks to the employees at Bayside. Robert never gave me the impression that I had to purchase a new car from the dealership; I was never pressured into a car that I did not want. Though Robert worked at the Toyota dealership on the lot, he was very sincere and helpful, when I had questions about the vehicle, even if he didn't know the answer, he would find out and answer my questions promptly. Grant was able to find the exact car I wanted and delivered expeditiously. Grant Williams ensured my satisfaction at my convenience not his. Trevor Bollhorst was very helpful, he explained all of my financial options and future so I was able to understand and not feel as if I was two years old. Overall my experience at Bayside Chevy Toyota Scion was painless and enjoyable considering how potentially horrible buying a new car could have been.
