Even though I broke one of the cardinal rules of car shopping (NOT bringing my spouse/ultimate decision maker) with me, they let me take the vehicle home, and show/test drive it and discuss it without a Sales person present. This almost as much as the Price/Product/Service sold me on the purchase. 7 hour drive - To get my Used Truck - And I'm SO HAPPY I bought my last truck in 2004. Toyota Tacoma. I drove it into the ground (I love Tacomas)... I spent several months searching for it's replacement. I just couldn't find what I wanted. (I have a few very specific things...) So, I search the internet and it comes up that this place in MD has what I want. I've never heard of the dealership... I call over and get Jeff Lehnen. He was great. Told me everything. I had questions... He answered. I had more questions... He dealt with me. (I spent 6 months driving a car which had no power steering, no heat, no muffler.... ok it was bad... Because I couldn't find what I wanted. He dealt with me... That's big...) He basically sold me the car over the phone, but the big thing for me was that I live nearly 4 hours away and there's no way I'm buying without driving.. After several phone calls, he made me feel safe and comfortable. Like I said, I drove my last car into the ground - I had no ride... Jeff made me personally comfortable to rent a car ($200) and drive 3hrs 45mins to meet him. Man, did this guy keep his word. I'm SO happy with my new Toyota Tacoma. It's everything he told me. No surprises - He told me the good and the bad. (You don't want someone telling you only the good.... You need to know that, for example, there's a scratch or maybe a problem. Jeff did that. Zero Salesman BS....) This guy is a good man - Good salesman, but honest and accurate in his description. I spent 200 bucks thinking he was ok... I'm happy I did. I found exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted and his service (As well as his team) was perfect. I plan on driving this Truck into the ground (Kinda my thing), but when I do - I plan on calling Bayside to see what they have. Great people. I am 100% satisfied. Great place, Great People. Heck, Jeff even picked me up from the rental place. I can't say enough.... This is a great shop, a great sales team and if you don't believe this recommendation (And you are dealing with Jeff Lehnen) - I personally give Jeff the right to give you my phone number to call me - I am not a car expert and I'm not a guy you want car advice from, but I'll vouch for Jeff.
