I knew my car was a Cadillac SRX Premium Collection, it will even show it if you pull the VIN number up that its a Premium Collection. The other dealership tried to say is was a plain base model. I guess it's their way of trying to take an advantage of a women. Coming to Bayside was the best idea I had, not only they gave the best deal on my car. They treated me and my daughter as family. They understood my goals that I was looking for in a vehicle. They were absolutely patient with me and very nice to me and my daughter. Even learn a thing or two about certain vehicles and carseats. I knew what vehicle I wanted and I had the money ready and I was kept there for 8 hours because they have two finance guys working there (one of which decided he didn't need to come in that day). After buying my vehicle I was offered a free oil change. After arriving for the free oil change I was told it would take about 5 hours. Lastly, these "professionals" sold me a brand new vehicle with serious gas tank issues. I asked them to look into the issue and they said the soonest appointment to look into it would be a month and a half out. I took my vehicle to a real professional dealership and they confirmed that my gas tank and fuel lines needed replacement. More
