contacted this organization looking for new vehicles, salesperson could not verify cars actually sitting on lot were for sale! listed vehicles on website were not available; I made offer to purchase used vehicle at NADA/Edmunds value/TMV and they say there is no way to purchase any vehicle on their lot for the prices mentioned on the web. I submit a manufacturer offer for partnership discount and they refused to abide by the manufacturers offer as a dealer of their vehicles. In other words, they do not accept anyone who makes a legitimate fair offer to purchase a vehicle on their lot. I asked if they would sell a vehicle for 2-3% below invoice, (normally acceptable offer nation wide at Jeep dealers) Sales manager refuses offer. salespersons hands are tied, they say they cant work any deals at or near invoice costs, sales management are the only ones who can do that. flim flam.. bait and switch, and generally poor poor business practice.
