I was in search of a new car since my first Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon was totaled in an accident on December 7th, on an icy Northeast Pennsylvania road. After searching on Autotrader and Ebay I finally found the Wrangler I was looking for. Everytime I called the dealership, I was greeted with a friendly answer on the other end of the phone as the receptionist was always very courtious and helpful. When I was connected through to the sales dept, I was introdueced to Turgo. He was very understanding when I told him my situation with the other wrangler and wanted very much to help me with getting a new car. At no point was he ever pushy or try to talk me into something I didnt need or want. He was only concerned about getting me into the car I found on their Ebay listing. Turgo was wonderful throuhgout the process, very helpful and understanding when the weather didnt allow me to pick the car when schedeuled. John Munzert in the financing Dept was also outstanding to work with, very people oriented and also a wrangler fan, so he was very easy to get along with. In my overall experience, me coming from "smalltown" PA, going to Queens NY to pick out a car might seem strange to some, but I would deffinately buy another car from Bayside. This is our second lease of a Jeep. We were very satisfied with our 2011 Jeep for our daughter so when it came time to lease our other daughter a car we immediately called upon Bayside Jeep.
