He was very accommodating and was willing to listen to our needs and play off of that. He wasn't pushy at all and was very good at explaining all of the key points of focus for the brand he represented. His great customer service face to face is the only reason this rating isn't a 1 star. It's what happend after, that actually disgusts us. He asked if we had been shopping around and we said yes. We actually had 2 other offers on the table from other brands. Like any other car buyer, we wanted options. Unfortunately we chose mitsubishi as our next option. The sales manager acted as if he was angry that we went to chevy and toyota and they gave us decent deals on drive out. We noticed this through the window. We were seated in the office right next to him so we could hear it all. It was late so we told Mr. Martinez that we would pick this up the following day. At this point, we had already given a price we were looking for to stay competitive. If it was a no go, we expected them to just say sorry but no we cant do that. That would have ended the conversation with a positive experience. The next day I contacted Jimmy and asked about an answer from his manager. He then had his manager call me. He asked where he needed to be to make a deal. I told him again, and he then became upset. I explained my position on the market and that many dealerships are agreeing. The market is flipping again and I wasn't comfortable paying an msrp that was inflated that high. He asked where anyone was selling that car at the requested price. At this point I gave him the website of a dealership that was at our desired price and willing to ship. We just didn't want to deal with shipping. Now it's a good thing my phone comes with a acr app. Because what followed was just backwoods circus professionalism. He told me that I better pack my bags and take my a$$ to that other dealership. He began to raise his voice and became very frustrated. I think the fact that I remained calm pissed him off even more. After his little rage fit, I asked him what his name was. He didn't want to answer. I then asked again. He then gave me the name of JT. Assuming people aren't smart enough to find his real name. They literally have a staff section on their web page. Sorry Mr. Tj Bitter. I dont think that's how negotiating is supposed to go. I guess that's just how this ol vet will remember his dealings with mitsubishi. I wounder what Alex would think about this. I bought a 2013 ford explorer from this dealer and have had alot of problems with it since the day I bought it. They have made some of them right, but it’s still a vehicle that I won’t be able to ever get had alot of problems with it since the day I bought it. They have made some of them right, but it’s still a vehicle that I won’t be able to ever get out of because of the problems. They also charged way too much for it as well. When I took it in for service, a salesman asked me if I wanted to trade it in. Then he gave me a really low ball offer on it. I explained how much I owed and he asked me if I had gap insurance. I told him that I didn’t appreciate him asking me that. I’m not crooked. For the record, don’t buy anything from these scammers More
Jonathan was our sales rep. We initially thought he and the loan manager were great until a few weeks after the purchase of the vehicle. Come to find out we were yo yo scammed. We initially thought he and the loan manager were great until a few weeks after the purchase of the vehicle. Come to find out we were yo yo scammed. After all paperwork and contracts were signed we got a call saying that the deal fell through. From my research it seems like dealerships do this often. They let you leave with the vehicle thinking the deal is done, when in fact it is not. We bought the vehicle for my son, so can you imagine having to tell your child the deal fell through and you having to return the vehicle. Awful experience. Beware folks stay away from this dealership. Not too mention the fact that we live 3 hours away. Jonathon kept telling us that if we just came up there he would get us a deal with a not down payment. So we did, we took off work and drove 3 hours to the dealership for them to tell us that in fact we would have to pay a down payment and would have a nearly 19% interest rate because I was a contractor and had no paycheck stubs. Although I did have paycheck stubs and even gave the check invoices to them and my bank statements. Then when I questioned interest rate they said that the paychecks were in my husband’s name even though the checks were in my name. Long story short they talk in circles and screw you in the end. Our sales person hood winked us. Car was advertised at one price but sold at a higher price. Said you had to read the small print and scroll all the way down where you are told you Car was advertised at one price but sold at a higher price. Said you had to read the small print and scroll all the way down where you are told you must add some type of warranty plan even though the sign on the window states as is no warranty. Now the guy Ron screams at me when I call and he told me not to call back. BAD,BAD,BAD. More

Another outstandingly informative, and professional visit. Just had my first oil change on my new Outlander 👍 and had a great experience. The entire employee line up where on point. I even had my sale visit. Just had my first oil change on my new Outlander 👍 and had a great experience. The entire employee line up where on point. I even had my sales representative stop by and check up on me. All other dealerships need to model this business model. Thank you More
CAUTION - online finance pre-qualification WILL hit your credit despite the web site's language suggesting otherwise. This is not a problem is you have decided to buy from them BUT if you are lured into the credit despite the web site's language suggesting otherwise. This is not a problem is you have decided to buy from them BUT if you are lured into the pre-qualification online thinking it will not affect your credit (because it states that) and you are still shopping, this could cause an issue if you try to go elsewhere in the next 45 to 60 days trying to get your best APR. I cannot speak to the service or even what the people are like in the sales process. What I do know it did not benefit me at ALL to apply for credit when I haven't even looked at their inventory or talked to a salesperson, so I had not inventive to authorize a credit pull. And the web site states clearly that the pre-qualification process would not affect my credit, and yet I got a notice from Experian and Equifax 2 days later after I was on their web site that they had in fact pulled my credit. A quote from BDC Internet Manager Ann Gorton in an email to me " It is not sent to the creditors for approval yet. It is not a hard pull as we call it soft pull." Call it a "soft pull" if you like, it showed up on my Equifax report and affected my score. I have done pre-qualifications with Capital One and Westlake and this was never an issue. For whatever reason, the communication from this place misrepresents what is stated on the web site about the pre-qualification process. So then I naturally wondered, if this was such a convoluted, misleading process, what does that indicate about doing business with them? I know what my inclinations are but you can read this and decide for yourself. I would just urge anyone to approach this organization with a sense of chronic unease and do not let your guard up or presume the ethics or integrity are always aligned with what you may have hoped for or expected. Again, they may be delightful, professionals that strive to delight customers, I have nothing personal against them, I do not know them as people. But at the very least, somewhere in their system it appears, at best, to be deceitful baiting practices at work. More
