That was already done to no avail. Basically I was told that there is nothing you can do about it except to trade it in and lose about 8k. Terrible dealership and no future customer here. Avoid this place

Dear Mr. Platz, We regret to hear that your vehicle had a break down, but unfortunately all vehicles do break down, this vehicle was purchased June 1, 2022 with 169,000 miles on it. At that time before purchasing, the vehicle was test driven by you, there was no check engine light on and the vehicle was to your satisfaction and you purchased the vehicle with a service contract. On June 3, 2022 the vehicle was brought to our service dept. for a check engine lite and it showed that the middle Catalytic converter was bad, so even though the catalytic converters are NOT covered in your service contract and the vehicle was SOLD AS IS, we replaced that convert as a good will gesture. On October 18, 2022, the vehicle was brought to our service dept. again for a noise under the hood while taking off from a stop and a check engine light on for the front catalytic converter, we replaced the all the motor mounts that was covered under your service contract for $946. We offered to help by discounting the other catalytic converter, but you declined. We will always do our best to help and satisfy our customers who we do appreciate. Thank you for your Business.

Its unfortunate that you had this experience when your husband bought a car from us a month ago and was VERY HAPPY! The only reason you were asked to bring the vehicle back is because you gave us wrong information on your bank statements that did NOT show your income....and then its deifficult for a bank to keep your loan when you QUIT YOUR JOB the following day! So at this point you should see what you did to cause this instead of blaming a dealership for your issues!

Mr. McCormack, Thank you for your review. As I have explained in my email, you came into the website and authorized the "PREQUALIFICATION FOR CREDIT" which clearly stated that you agreed all policies and guidelines prior to submitting the application. Allow me to explain again that the prequalification is a soft pull based on your information that you clicked on "I Agree" on the website and submitted right after. You submitted it yourself and no one else. We are in the business that when you submit your information on a "financial form application" ONLINE, again its says "APPLICATION", it will be pulled as an inquiry. It is also correct that we did not submit it for approval. There is no misleading in the process. It clearly asks an applicant before submitting a "prequalification for credit" that the following steps was understood by the applicant before moving forward on prequalifying. It does not make any sense why an individual submits a prequalification for a credit and not expecting for their information to be processed when your own classified and personal information was clearly volunteered and submitted.
