On July 5th, 2012, my wife and I were rear ended and our 2008 Toyota Sienna was totaled. We looked at GMC's, Chevy's, Ford's, but our heart was still hooked on sienna. We were greeted by Frankie Tayman. Throughout our efforts to decide what to buy, Frankie was very helpful. no matter how many vehicles we thought we might like, he showed them to us, yet, we still came back to the Sienna. The General Manager, Steve, was also instrumental in our decision to go with the Sienna Limited. From start to finish they were all very knowledgeable and professional. The Credit Manager, Jeff, also, did a great job in explaining our contract and the warranty options for the exterior/interior finishes and the Platinum Warranty for the electrical etc. This is the second vehicle that my wife and I have bought from Bayside and their commitment to sales and service made our experience a great one. More

I was long overdue for a new car, so I went into bayside to start the process. I expected to encounter the typical pushy car salespeople, but was pleasantly surprised when I didn't. I did my homework and I payed a visit to 5 different dealerships. I knew what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. I was pressured to purchase a vehicle in Annapolis from one on Toyotas bigge dealerships. I knew what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. I was pressured to purchase a vehicle in Annapolis from one on Toyotas biggest competitors to the point where I was no longer comfortable being inside that dealership. To make matters worse the General Manager kept me waiting for 4 hours while he was in the back room with the finance person trying to find a way to give me the vehicle at the monthly payment I wanted and at the same time stretching my loan from 5 to 6 years when he could have easily given me the loan for 5 years. This didn't settle well with me as it was clear as day what they were trying to pull. I will never visit with that dealership again. I was discouraged but I continued shopping and checked out Bayside Toyota. I explained to the sales person what options I wanted and he was very honest and gave me the deal that I wanted without any hassle. I highly recommend Baysid Toyota More
I stopped at Bayside Toyota to look at the 2012 Highlander & was greeting a few minutes later by Nate Peck, Sales Associate. Upon returning from the test drive, Nate took the time to show me the many features of the vehicle. I then went inside and was introduced to Steve Thompson, General Sales Manager to discuss price, pretty much no haggle. Was informed of the zero percent financing, which I was aware of, and/or other incentives. At no time did I feel pressured. Returned later that week with my husband, took another test drive and made our decision. Everyone at Bayside was very helpful and easy to deal with and truly made this purchase enjoyable. After the purchase, Nate followed-up with phone call ensure all was good. More

I was extremely pleased with the amount the dealership gave me for trading in my 2003 Corolla, which I also bought new at Bayside and thought I got a good deal. At Bayside, they listened and they negotiated a fair price for the trade in, so I got the price I wanted for the Prius I wanted. Their service is excellent too. I took my Corolla to Bayside for most service despite the fact that I have to drive 40 miles out of my way to do it. I plan to continue that practice for my Prius. More
I have purchased 8 new vehicles. This was BY FAR the best experience I have had. Everyone I worked with was friendly and did not try to play games like other dealers. After visiting another Toyota dealership in Southern Maryland and walking around the lot for 30+ minutes and not receiving any acknowledgement of even being there, we chose to drive 40 minutes to Baysid Maryland and walking around the lot for 30+ minutes and not receiving any acknowledgement of even being there, we chose to drive 40 minutes to Bayside where upon exiting our trade in, we were promptly greeted by Robert Smith (I prefer to have the opportunity to tell a salesman that I am just looking as opposed to being completely ignored). We told Robert what we were looking for and he showed us and explained the package options available. Once we chose our vehicle, the dealership promply arranged for a dealer trade with another dealership and had our new purchase ready for delivery in under 24 hours. Robert Smith was very knowledgeable of the product line we were looking for, patient with our questions and demands, and even had a sense of humor making the buying process more relaxing and enjoyable. I feel that due to his knowledge of the vehicle we were looking for, we couln't have received a better deal or better experience. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion at least visit Bayside Toyota Scion in Prince Frederick Maryland. More
