So, finally in May I told him he cou For the past 3 years, I've managed to put off my husband getting a truck. In this 3 years though, I've had 2 lol. So, finally in May I told him he could have one. The biggest reason was because just before I made the decision my husband who is in the Army, graduated from Jump school and I just couldn't see someone risking their life everyday and still have to wait for something they deserve. So, I gave him 2 weeks to find a truck he wanted. He found one...in Rockville. I got the info out of him to find out where exactly and what truck and then I called and told the dealer to tell him he couldn't have it bc I was going to come buy it. After all that work, he then calls me and tells me that he found another truck at your dealership. All I knew was that I was tired of hearing about trucks lol. We went together to go look at the Tacoma. I told the manager without my husband knowing that we weren't leaving without that truck. Everyone was helpful and nice. Ms. Michelle even fed my 10 month old daughter so I could eat dinner from a restaurant they recommended that I loved by the way. I'm 29. I've had 13 cars in my lifetime and I must say I enjoyed buying this one most. I'd send anyone there. Great people. Great environment. Not pushy. Awesome service. More

Air Bag Recall/Loaner Car/Oil Change/Battery Problem I had to get a loaner car due to air bag recall; I had the car for about 4 months. when i took this car back there were a couple of minor scratches on I had to get a loaner car due to air bag recall; I had the car for about 4 months. when i took this car back there were a couple of minor scratches on the car; Toyota was looking and examining that car like it was gold there were 5 people examining that car - in the mean time my car set down there for 4 months w/dead battery due to them not even started the car while it just sit there. then i kept telling PAUL that i was bringing a battery down to put in he said nothing about what i was telling him, when i get there PAUL said well we can't put that battery in for you; but we can put it in for $45.00. When I return home the car started right up with the so called dead battery. Now the oil change they did not top off my fluids - my windshield washer container was not even touched. I wonder what else they didn't do pertaining to the oil change. Yes Paul said the price went up on oil changes because they had to paid for the new building they were in. Well don't try and get the money from me to paid for your building Bayside--- Nelson said they would clean my while it was down there well they didn't; I think they were rude, no personally and taking advantage of me cause i am a woman. so i have a call in to Toyota for the way they treated me. Nelson seemed like the only person that was nice but then they gave me PAUL. he never even smile at all while work with him. I believe since there was a recall on them airbags and it was not my fault I never wanted an loaner car to begin with but I wanted to be safe with my 2 year grandson. I should no have to pay a dim for the damage to that car I had- get from the air bag people its there fault not mind. More

Purchase of a Certified Used Car This was our second car we have purchased from Bayside but our first used car from them. They were more then happy to fix things on the car so it made a used car look brand new. The time it took us to do the paperwork and get all the finance done was quick and painless. I would absolutely recommend using Phil or Cory when buying a used car from Bayside and this will not be our last vehicle from them More

Amazing experience! My husband and I went in needing to get out of a lemon we had previously purchased. We were worried that because we owed too much for the car we wante My husband and I went in needing to get out of a lemon we had previously purchased. We were worried that because we owed too much for the car we wanted to trade in we would get a horrible deal or they wouldn't want to work with us. Both Jason Kerns and Corey Robertson took their time with us listened to our needs and we left in the car we wanted with a great deal. I would recommend Bayside to anyone and will definitely go see Jason and Corey for our next vehicle purchase. More
