I bought my truck here, I was back in the area when my check engine light came on, so I brought it in. I was told my CAC pipe had a rub hole in it due to being too close to the Alternator, (Factory set) I was told on Wednesday it would be ready Friday late, so I went in on Saturday morning to Pick it up, when they brought the truck to the front for me it wasn't my truck... Then I was told they could have it ready in a couple of hours, When I was told 2 days before. I don't believe a Charge Air Cooler Assy can be changed in 2 hours, plus my Catalytic Converter, but 2 hours later my truck was ready for pickup. I believe the CAC Pipe was changed and that was all. I believe I was ripped off for $6000.00 dollars. More

On my way home from purchasing a Nissan Rogue from BayWay Chrysler/Dodge, it became evident they didn’t do a rigorous inspection on the car like they claimed - empty wiper fluid container, broken buttons and Chrysler/Dodge, it became evident they didn’t do a rigorous inspection on the car like they claimed - empty wiper fluid container, broken buttons and stuck display in the control panel, faulty battery or starter, defrosting and a/c malfunctions. Over the next couple of days, the fan started cooling the engine after driving short distances and a check engine light preventing me from getting an inspection sticker. When I spoke up the day after purchase and tried to return it 2 days later, they offered me $22K trade in for the $28.1K price I paid and kept my $5K down payment. Since I can’t sell this car to an unsuspecting buyer, I agreed to trade it in, but they would only sell me a $32.6K car, not the $24.7K car on their lot. They also tacked on $1,130 in add ons I didn’t authorize, and still haven’t sent my refund they received 2 months ago. With the finality of car sales and the minimal protections consumers have when buying used cars, does that give a large corporate dealership the right to prey on individual customers? Whether legal or not, from their sales team to their service department to their finance staff to their leadership team, they have taken advantage of this hard working individual. Buy elsewhere. More
