They were super friendly and did their best to make sure I didn’t wait too long for my service. Terrible service department. They claimed they veichel was ready for pick up only for it still to have the same issues it came in with. They refused to include the general manage They claimed they veichel was ready for pick up only for it still to have the same issues it came in with. They refused to include the general manager in their communications. They still can not provide an update for when the veichel will be ready. They missed an oil leak. Refuse to tell you what work has been done on the car and is weeks past their estimated timeline. My jeep went in for 3 warrenty repairs. The car was supposed to be ready in less than 2 weeks. I also asked for an additional quote on a non warrenty repair. The quote took over 3 weeks to receive and I had to request it multiple times. They tried to mark up a standard plastic part 400% + labor. Its now been a month. Their service manager claimed that all repairs on the veichel had been completed. I drove the hour to pick it up. The work is not completed. They service manager has refused to tell me what is included in the recommended services for me veichel and has also refused to tell me what work has been completed on the veichel. More
I'd like to see prices on new vehicles come down substantially but that's no fault of the dealership that's just industry pricing right now.
