Sales team is excellent. Service department, not so much. I had a scheduled appointment for tires to be installed. Dropped off the truck at 8 AM. I called after four hours and could not get a hold of the service advisor. Could not get a return call. I showed up in person. no work had been done at all. Koby stepped in and took over.Koby was excellent. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and effort. The previous service advisor was absolutely unprofessional, and should not have a job. The truck was returned to me with grass shavings on the seats, dirt and debris on the floorboards, soap residue all over the rims and tires. Greasy handprints all over the outside of the doors and bed. I spent an hour and a half cleaning when I got the truck back home. All in all…. I appreciate most of the professionalism, but was really disappointed with some of the aspects of the service work provided. . More

I bought a truck from this dealership, but after getting it, one rear brake caliper completely fell off. The dealership refused to repair the issue and tried to say that I had hit something.
