Be aware buyers! Please choose another place to buy a vehicle. This dealership seems to care when you are purchasing a vehicle from them, however, after the purchase is made the customer service goes out the window. I purchased a vehicle here five months ago this was a brand new vehicle (4miles on it at the time of purchase). I had to bring the vehicle back to the shop on day number two because the engine light came on due to a mechanical issue. In five months this vehicle has been to their shop twice for mechanical repairs. It’s currently in their shop and has been there for almost two weeks and now has damage to it from the hail storm (so I was told). When your vehicle is there being repaired it’s unprotected and you’ll be responsible for the damages. The general manager, Jennifer is unprofessional and unconcerned. My vehicle now has thousands of dollars of damage, and the general manager would not even come out of the office to speak with me. (Horrible customer service) I would never recommend anyone to go through this after purchasing a $60,000 vehicle. Just find another place people. More
