I purchased a 2003 Mercury Cougar several years ago and I was told it was a Certified Used Car that had been inspected. That was the first lie! Upon driving it back to GA, it smelled like maple syrup and whe was told it was a Certified Used Car that had been inspected. That was the first lie! Upon driving it back to GA, it smelled like maple syrup and when I attempted to open the hood, the hood cable was broken. I had to get that repaired. Some genius used Stop Leak in the radiator and the car overheated. This caused me to have to replace the radiator, thermostat, and water pump. Then the engine was damaged from when it ran hot. If I could have taken the car back, I would have. I had no other choice, but to replace the engine. I would never recommend buying from these crooks no matter how dire your situation is! More

2.5 years I’ve had a car that was purchased from this CROOK & I have now had to replace transmission 3 times now! technically 4 if you count them putting a bad one in the car 2nd go round and I had to wa CROOK & I have now had to replace transmission 3 times now! technically 4 if you count them putting a bad one in the car 2nd go round and I had to wait another week for the transmission all while having to pay towing fees and rental car fees. The fact that his own employees apologized for the owners behavior should tell you enough. Not only have I been having issues with getting my car actually getting fixed by their mechanics. I have already paid for struts, mounts are going bad, driver side windshield wiper motor is broken, paid to replace shifter bushing and now paid $1760 for the transmission (under warranty & just previously had the transmission replaced 3 MONTHS PRIOR!!)paid for a rental while I waited for them to fix the transmission. You would think since I previously had a bad experience with them, that they would replace the winder shield wiper motor at least, being that it shouldn’t happen and it makes the car extremely unsafe especially being on driver side. The owner strictly just wants your money and you will be back consistently with having to pay for issues with the car left and right. I have been on time with my payments this whole time as well, so you would think being a dealership with mechanics on site, that they would pride themselves in making the cars at least safe… shame on them. Not only do you rob people by making the cars pieces of xxxxs that are not reliable AT ALL and leaving them with no choice but to pay to get the car fixed regardless how many times beach Blvd. Mechanics “fix” the issue, but the owner is just a nasty person, extremely sexist and I guess because I’m a woman, i know nothing about cars.. he would not let me get a word in, talking about I put x amount of miles in the car in 2 months. (I work 45-1hr away from home). The transmission is on a unlimited mile warranty for x amount months. I’m fully aware of my mileage, I pay the gas as well! I have done my part getting the car maintenance done as scheduled, tires, oil change, the normal car maintenance.. thanks to this dealership I am once again struggling with money and in debt and they have made it completely impossible for me to have ANY money in my savings the past couple years. HORRIBLE 🤮 More

Emailed them twice. Never responded. Finally called them. Their answering service sent me to different depts. Finally spoken to sales dept. Salesman had to spend time on Never responded.
