My salesman, David Dunbar is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He showed me the utmost in respect and courtesy. Hes honest and extremely trustworthy. From the moment I met him until the moment I drove away with my new car he had me feel confident and secure. David gave me a tour of the dealership(which is immaculate and comfortable) and introduced me to the service manager and Lennae who gave me a tutorial in my car and set up my onstar, wifi and satellite radio. Ive been to 3 dealerships since living out here and by FAR this one is the best yet! I will never go anywhere else. My experience was phenemonal. I understand your service dept is equally excellent. Best customer service department On vacation and needed our car checked out. They had us in and out, did a major drive train repair without an appointment and covered everything under On vacation and needed our car checked out. We would've had to wait a week at our local dealership and they ALWAYS charge us for something that warranty doesn't cover. These guys are first class! James treated us right! More

Terrible Service Department Experience!!! I took my 09 Escalade in to have the driving light bulb replaced, and the rear passenger door outside handle. I supplied both of the OEM parts for th I took my 09 Escalade in to have the driving light bulb replaced, and the rear passenger door outside handle. I supplied both of the OEM parts for them to install. I was charged over $230 labor for these two fairly simple things. Two weeks after the install the handle popped out. I took it back to the service department to see if they would help me out in any way. It was inspected by the service manager and the technician who installed it. I understand they were not responsible for the part , because I provided that to them, but I was treated rudely and disrespectful! Neither one offered anything, they didn't want to accept any responsibility, nor offer any kind of solution. I was dismissed in an arrogant manner . I would not recommend this service department to anyone!! I took my vehicle to another dealership in the area for the same service, and what I was charged by Judd Kuhn Chevrolet, was outrageous!! great experience I had no plan in buying a vehicle when I pulled in jud kuhn. I just wanted to look, but Keith caught me when I got out of the car. I thought that would stop the sales pitch. I was wrong. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in sight unseen. they held the truck for a week and a half so I could get home, which is 2 1/2 hours away, take care of everything and get back. I would drive the distance again to deal with Keith. More
