About twenty minutes after I posted my previous review, I received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Jesse Hawkins. He was very courteous and anxious to hear my story. He appeared to be genuinely concerned and apologetic. He asked if I would consider going down to the dealership and allowing them to fill my tank, run it out, then go back for a second fill up so they could determine my miles per gallon. As it turns out, with a combination of highway and city miles I get a whole 20.98 miles per gallon. I need to clarify a few things. First, I appreciate the treatment I received from Jud Kuhn Chevrolet, including (but not limited to): Lee, Jesse, and Rashed. They went above and beyond to re-earn my trust and business. Second, I am pleased with the dealership, but certainly not the vehicle I am stuck in. The 50th Anniversary Impala is beautiful, but not worth the time, money, and drama I have had to go through in the less than a month that I have owned it. Third, while the math showed a 20.98 mpg, that is almost 5 mpg less than I thought I would be getting. I will never get another Impala. I cannot wait to get this car paid down enough to trade it in. Because the dealership worked so hard and diligently to maintain a healthy, happy relationship with me, chances are likely that I will be returning to them for my trade. This time, however, I will do all my research about the vehicle ahead of time. More

I started by pre-qualifying with Betty for a Malibu, because going to any dealership has not been one of my favorite things. I was called back on the same same day and qualified, so my husband and I to because going to any dealership has not been one of my favorite things. I was called back on the same same day and qualified, so my husband and I took the trip to Jud Kuhn's. It was well worth the distance! But, I was mistaken about the the Malibu. My husband wanted an Impala. But, then I saw the Cruze and because of the great gas mileage, decided we wanted it. We were greeted at the door by Rashod with enthusiam and a smile. I felt so comfortable as he showed us several cars and explained things as we drove the Cruze. He also took care of our trade-in. So, then we had to wait to qualify for the white or silver Cruze. That can be so uncomfortable, but Rashod came over to talk with us and offered us drinks. Buying a car can be a scary thing and nobody wants to be turned down. This is the time when people need friendly faces and conversation. Betty is also very personable! After we were approved and Sue explained the details to us, we were called back to complete the paperwork...which was ready! It was late in the day, so we made arrangements to come back the next day where April showed me where everything was in the car and set up my bluetooth and On Star. I am 55 and no one has ever been so detailed in showing me how to use my car. Loved the entire process and appreciate all the people involved! I am already spreading the word about Jud Kuhn's Chevrolet to my friends and family! More

I was in the Auto business for 20 + years and I have never been treated the way I was at Jud Kuhn. I was looking for a late model pick up nad was upped by Steve Vaughn. I found the vehicle I was interested in and we began negotiations for the new vehicle. Steve was an excellent Rep and the deal was made. I was totaly satisfied. In the deal, Sirius radio had to be installed in the truck and the dealership sent it to a local Radio shop for the install. They had the truck for close to 7 days and were still unable to have the radio working properly. Finally the radio was switched from another vehicle and all was well, or so I thought. I finally arrived to pick up my truck some 10 days after purchase and upon inspection I discovered that the Radio shop had broken every A/C vent in the truck. Without hesitation the General manger had the truck brought to the service dept. and new vents were ordered. When the new vents arrived they took me right in and within 30 mins. I had new vents and 2 free oil changes courtesy of Jud Kuhn Chevrolet. From my Sales person to the General Manager and the Service Dept. this dealership is first class. I wiil buy another car from them and reccomend them to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle More

My fiance and I went to Jud Kuhn Chevrolet to buy a new 2011 camaro ss. JJ (James) was helping us and he was absolutely excellent! I could tell right when I stepped out of my car that I was going to have a good experience. The second I opened my car door there was someone there to greet me and see if they could help. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know. JJ was extremely kind as were all of the employees, and non pushy. He gave us exactly what we wanted and for the price we wanted. They were all so wiling to work with us and we could tell that they are all genuine people who care more about the customer than making a sale.
