My husband and I went to Jud Kuhn just to "look" at a new car. We honestly didn't think we would get what we wanted due to some credit issues in the past. As soon as we pulled in, JJ was ther "look" at a new car. We honestly didn't think we would get what we wanted due to some credit issues in the past. As soon as we pulled in, JJ was there to greet us. We were upfront about our credit concerns so JJ took us right in to see if we could qualify. It was such a painless process and so much smoother than we expected! We got the car we wanted and the payments we were looking for. We have told everyone what a great experience it was and recommend Jud Kuhn and JJ to everyone we know. If you are looking to buy a car (new or used) and want to do so with ease and from a "friend", definitely stop in and talk to JJ...you'll probably drive away in a new car just like we did! More
Went in looking for Tahoes for a future buy, so we had our 2 and 5 years old with us. Jud Kuhn himself gave them each a toy to play with and keep. Lee, the GM, made a call and had a lady down at Jud Kuhn Chevorlet and she cut my son's and Husband's hair at no cost. It was an amzing experience and i would recommend this dealer to any one who asked! More
We were on vacation and my BRAND NEW a/c compressor that I just had installed 3 days prior in PA died. We stayed in Cherry Grove, SC and had no A/C. Advanced Auto recommended Jud Kuhn. About twenty minutes after I posted my previous review, I received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Jesse Hawkins. He was very courteous and anxious to hear my story. He appeared to be genuinely concerned and apologetic. He asked if I would consider going down to the dealership and allowing them to fill my tank, run it out, then go back for a second fill up so they could determine my miles per gallon. As it turns out, with a combination of highway and city miles I get a whole 20.98 miles per gallon. I need to clarify a few things. First, I appreciate the treatment I received from Jud Kuhn Chevrolet, including (but not limited to): Lee, Jesse, and Rashed. They went above and beyond to re-earn my trust and business. Second, I am pleased with the dealership, but certainly not the vehicle I am stuck in. The 50th Anniversary Impala is beautiful, but not worth the time, money, and drama I have had to go through in the less than a month that I have owned it. Third, while the math showed a 20.98 mpg, that is almost 5 mpg less than I thought I would be getting. I will never get another Impala. I cannot wait to get this car paid down enough to trade it in. Because the dealership worked so hard and diligently to maintain a healthy, happy relationship with me, chances are likely that I will be returning to them for my trade. This time, however, I will do all my research about the vehicle ahead of time. More
