Bought my Silverado off-lease from Jud Kuhn. Have been taking it back there due to the fact I have a warranty and did not want to mistakenly void it. Went on Sept 1st to get an oil change/tire Have been taking it back there due to the fact I have a warranty and did not want to mistakenly void it. Went on Sept 1st to get an oil change/tire rotation. Sat for an hour before I was informed they were just getting to my truck due to a technician calling in off work. Sat for another hour or more until it was done. Trying to pay for the service I had to wait because apparently all the service reps except Carla go to lunch at the same time. Carla took another customer before me and that lady was questioning why her bill was so high. Another stand and wait. Finally got my bill. It was ~$30 higher than usual. I did not question it because by this time I only wanted to get out of there. Additionally, I found out that a service appointment that was scheduled behind me actually was taken in and completed before me. I have paid Jud Kuhn dealer rates for service and repairs for the last four years but my warranty is over in another 4000 miles and unless a covered warranty repair is necessary I won't be back. Carla did tell me the rear brakes on the truck were shot but after my experience that morning another shop will be doing that work. More
