Arrived for appoint early was told approx 2 hours. Oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Service actual time 4 hours unsat. Checking out was charged wrong price and provided another customer's paperwork. Was told keys in my truck which was out front not in bay and no keys. Went back to service desk to retrieve my keys. Seat settings changed dash settings changed and radio settings changed. Noticed clicking sound after driving home and discovered a white strip from my running bar hanging down broken. Plan on calling dealer manager to complain and see what options to look and fix my truck running board More
