This is hands down the most unprofessional, disorganized sales team I’ve ever dealt with. If you come in pre-approved and ready to buy, they could not care less about your business. Teddy disappeared after one call and never followed up—not by phone, not by email, nothing. They even sold a vehicle right out from under me despite having a deposit down. Then they lied about its availability like it was no big deal. If you’re looking for honesty, communication, or basic professionalism, don’t expect to find it here.
