When you take a vehicle to a Ford service department you expect ford quality work and geniune ford parts. Beach Ford admitted to putting "junk parts" in my truck when sent there for a repair. I have bought two separate trucks from beach ford. Both times the sales team crushed it. The service on the other hand has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I brought my truck in for recall issues or times the sales team crushed it. The service on the other hand has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I brought my truck in for recall issues or drivetrain issues which where later covered under warranty, I received nothing but pushback,poor communication, and attitudes. This is not the experience I would prefer when buying 70,000$ vehicles. no rental was provided even though Ford compensates the rental during warranty work. Everytime they said they where out of rentals, even though I scheduled my service. More often than not they tried to dismiss my complaints saying they could not replicate. After several trips and lots of time, ford replaced the IWE 4x4 Hubs for the 4th time and found the entire front differential to be bad. My sole reason for writing this review is to help you not go through the frustration I have been through. Find another dealership that stands behind there product and cares about your business. More
Issue resolved I had service on my 2013 Expedition done. They changed the oil and replaced the belt. The experience on the day of the service was not good. Oil Change, inspection and check for noise in front end Becky was very helpful and service, inspection was prompt. Mechanic was unable to determine the cause of the noise which is very pronounced. Easy 20000 Service I scheduled my 20000 service and dropped off my F-150 the night before. Great Service! Took 2011 escape in for tire rotation, oil change and state inspection. An issue was found with front end linkage which would cause inspection failure. Becky notified me promptly to explained the problem. She then recommended some other maintenance I should have done so I authorized work to be completed. She went the extra mile trying to see if my vehicle extended warranty would cover the front end issue however, the mileage exceeded the allowable range. When I picked the vehicle up, Becky explained everything they did on my Escape. She also explained in depth some questions I had before I left. Becky has always been a super star in my book when it comes to customer service and loyalty to both Ford and her Customers. My grandfather was owner of West Herr Ford in Hamburg New York and always said the salesmen sold the vehicles but the service managers and mechanics kept the customers coming back. He was right! More
