I do not recommend Beach Ford for servicing your vehicle. My husband waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No one was updating him the entire time. Wes Waite, the Beach Ford salesman, is the reason for the 5star rating! I live in South Carolina and Wes is responsible for making the deal on our new 2024 Ford Mustang and travelling 360 miles to trade in 5star rating! I live in South Carolina and Wes is responsible for making the deal on our new 2024 Ford Mustang and travelling 360 miles to trade in our Nissan Rogue. I am 74 years of age; and I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my many years. My past purchases usually involved a manager, general manager or an owner of a dealership. Wes, our salesman, handled this transaction seamlessly and professionally and thoroughly from beginning to end. As far as I am concerned, Wes was Beach Ford and if the rest of this dealership handles things like he does; then, this is one of the very best dealerships that I have ever done business with.
