First, let me comment on the dealers willingness to arrange for an Uber to take me back to my house and then provide me a ride at the end of the day when my car was ready for pick up. I had a 10:45 appointment that was made over a month ago. Upon arrival, I was told it would be 3 to 4 hours due to the amount of other cars that had arrive.
