I had a 10:45 appointment that was made over a month ago. Upon arrival, I was told it would be 3 to 4 hours due to the amount of other cars that had arrive. Scheduled a drop off oil change and inspection. It still took 4 hours. Had to go a different day to pick it up. They have added a cashier station and I accidentally went to the wrong station, beca It still took 4 hours. Had to go a different day to pick it up. They have added a cashier station and I accidentally went to the wrong station, because I didn't know about this. The cashier at that station sent me to the other station but it was very poor customer service. Basically treated me as if I was an idiot for going to the wrong station. More
