All-in-all Beach Ford is very good. My family has been buying cars from them since 1986 and the only place for service. I just had an issue with an appointment I made for an inspection, that they cancel buying cars from them since 1986 and the only place for service. I just had an issue with an appointment I made for an inspection, that they cancelled because they had already met their legal quota of inspections for the day prior to my appointment time. I made the appointment a week out, for Friday, so there shouldn't have been an issue and they should've known how many extra inspections they could've completed minus the appointments for the day. I had to take my vehicle back Saturday morning, adjusting my weekend time, to get the inspection done. My plan was to meet with a service manager that morning, however neither manager was working on a Saturday morning; therefore I spoke with an available service manager and finance manager and they were happy to help. Monday morning I received a call from one of the service managers and he apologized for incident and gave me 1 free The Works service. On a side note, while there Saturday morning, I found my new car...seriously. I drove it home Tuesday evening after a great buying experience with Darryl Padgett and Ron (sales-don't know his last name). On another side note, the sales manager saw me there Monday and Tuesday, while buying the new 2020 Edge, and asked me if I ever heard from the service manager and told me he personally spoke to Mr. Barton Saturday morning and he was not happy with my service issue; it's true, he really did because I saw them talking shortly after I walked back to the service area. During a routine visit I asked about replacing my side mirror. They quoted $2,600! I declined and while I waited for my other work to be completed I searched the internet for a replacement mirror. The mirror. They quoted $2,600! I declined and while I waited for my other work to be completed I searched the internet for a replacement mirror. The exact mirror, with a link on how to install it yourself (took me 5 minutes install), for $500. When I told the tech about this she simply said, "Well, I can give you $400 off the price but that's it." Needless to say I ordered the part and installed myself saving over $2,000. I won't go back as now I question all their prices. More
I had a great experience buying a car here. Ari was wonderful to work with and I was happy with the deal we made. She made the entire experience pleasant. I especially enjoyed the test drive when she h wonderful to work with and I was happy with the deal we made. She made the entire experience pleasant. This is now my third review... there will not be a fourth. Ever. I’m now sitting on a broken truck and Beach Ford has forced my hand to repair it. My truck has never made the first bad sound in the al fourth. Ever. I’m now sitting on a broken truck and Beach Ford has forced my hand to repair it. My truck has never made the first bad sound in the almost 5 years I’ve owned it... until I let them change the brakes. They said my front bearings were showing signs of being worn during the state inspection but still good to pass state inspection. So I told them not to worry about it, I would deal with it later. So $1,200 later for new brakes and rotors, I get my truck back and it’s got an awful grinding noise coming from the left front wheel. Mind you, this is after I returned it to them a second time because it was vibrating at 60 mph and above and they needed to balance it. So I give it back a third time and, wouldn’t you know it... they blame the grinding noise on the bearing. Oh and they can fix that for a cool 1,800.00. They would later come down to $1,400 but that’s not the point. The point is my truck was fine until they went in there and took it apart... all I really wanted was for them to take a little bit of ownership and say, “you know, we may have not gotten something back together correctly. Let us make sure everything is alright.” Nope, their answer was bearings are bad... 1,400 dollars and we can solve all your problems. If the bearings were truly that bad, they should have not passed the state inspection. It’s just unbelievable that there were zero issues with my truck and then all of the sudden an area that they did maintenance on is grinding and their answer is for ME to pay them more money. My truck went from running fine to trying to fall apart and now I will have to pay for it to be repaired but it sure as xxxx won’t be at Beach Ford. I’ll never go back, I’ll never purchase another vehicle from them, and they sure as xxxx will never touch another one of my vehicles. Unless your name has “President and CEO” in front of it... Do not call me, do not email me, do not ask me to change my review (which happened once already the other day), don’t ask me for a FOURTH chance to make this right. Truly a shame. More
Bought my 1997 new Ford Ranger from Beach and I always had the service from them. Never had a problem with them. I do miss the free donuts they had while waiting. had the service from them. Never had a problem with them. I do miss the free donuts they had while waiting. More

I have had the worst experience to date with Beach Ford. Early Nov 2020 we sold them our Toyota Tacoma which was a lease that was to expire on Jan 1. it is now January 4th, we still haven't received the $40 Early Nov 2020 we sold them our Toyota Tacoma which was a lease that was to expire on Jan 1. it is now January 4th, we still haven't received the $400 dollars we made off of the sale, Toyota is now contacting me saying I'm past my lease. Numerous emails/phone calls/messages to the salesperson Sasha then to the Manager Chris, neither one of them answer emails or phone calls. When finally I got Chris to respond to me, they told me that I still needed to fill out a title release form before Toyota would release them the title. He told us this Dec 28th after they have had our vehicle since early November. Neither Sasha or Chris know what they are doing. As the customer I'm looking to them to know this process as it is our first time doing this kind of transaction. Neither of them know, and had no sense of customer service to find out the correct answers. They chose to blow us off over and over since they had our vehicle already. Can you imagine if I made them wait for months for the payment of a new vehicle...wouldn't work that way right? The last communication with the so called manager was that he was snail mailing me the document to sign that they need to finally get the tittle released from Toyota and for my troubles he thew in a free oil change! LOL No thanks! How bout you send us the $400 you owe us and do your job. I have explained to him that we will never purchase from Beach Ford and in his last communication to me he admitted that he wouldn't be happy with this kind of treatment! LOL Gee Thanks....So here I am, NO TRUCK, NO PAYMENT, NO TITLE, NOTHING.....almost 2 months after they took my truck. More
Terrible service . I blew the motor on my mustang and went to them to get a new one installed . The lady helping me never kept me updated I always had to call 2-3 times in order to get a call or text bac went to them to get a new one installed . The lady helping me never kept me updated I always had to call 2-3 times in order to get a call or text back . It was suppose to take 4-5 days to fix they took 3 weeks. The techs broke some other things and it took forever for them to get the parts so I was car less for almost a month I tried to get a discount or some sort of compensation or discount but nope nothing I couldn’t even get a call back from the manager. When I went up there turns out my car was already “done” and no one let her “know”. More
