My parents and boyfriend were so impressed by the service that I received, that they plan on having their future purchases of cars come from Beach Ford, even though they live in Northern Virginia. My Mom and Dad were contacted on Craigslist about coming in to trade the truck they were trying to sell and so they drove 2 hours to get there only to be offered the absolute bottom dollar on the truck acco in to trade the truck they were trying to sell and so they drove 2 hours to get there only to be offered the absolute bottom dollar on the truck according to Kelley Blue Book. Two cars were done efficiently as scheduled. Theschedule called for my wife and I to bring ywo cars in and waite for one and come back in the afternoon and pick the other up after a 30k maintenance. The is by far the worst service department I have every experienced. The techs apparently don't know the proper tools to use to get the job done or don't want to work on older vehicles (97 model) being ol experienced.
