We asked for a new car to be transferred from another dealer in the area because we really want Bait and switch by sales person to get us to come in. We asked for a new car to be transferred from another dealer in the area because we really wanted to buy from Beach Ford, and we were ready to buy. He said that dealer’s car was a demo with 1800 miles on it that we wouldn’t be happy with it, and offered he had a new car with the same color and make on his lot that he wanted to sell us. We went to Beach Ford and he drove us around the Beach lot to find it, and it wasn’t there. It was loaned out to a Ford employee and when it was brought in a few hours later, he said it was a demo with 5000 miles on it! We have purchased from Beach Ford previously from this sales person and feel like we were treated very poorly. Will not purchase there again and will certainly tell family and friends about our experience. More

Beach Ford Collision Center you ask, why I have not used Beach Ford service......here is my current experience with your collision center....my explorer was in an accident on 10/ you ask, why I have not used Beach Ford service......here is my current experience with your collision center....my explorer was in an accident on 10/24/17......I received a GEICO estimate + check on 11/6 and took both to Beach Ford Collision Center on 11/7......I was told to have the car at the collision center on 11/20......when I wondered why wait almost 2 weeks, I was told to allow time to get parts.....I now receive a call telling me that there was additional damage, GEICO send another check and my car would probably be ready on Dec 11......I used Beach Ford, because I assumed,, apparently erroneously, that as a Ford dealer you would have the expertise and availability to Ford parts better than anyone else.....now I feel certain that any other local service shop could have had my Explorer repaired and back to me a lot faster.......so much for your service......Fred J.
