I had seen a 2013 F-150 Platinum 4X4 on your website and inquired about it and was immediately contacted by Erica Guardino in your Internet Sales Department who helped me get set up with an appointment for Saturday. Upon arriving Saturday we were assisted by Ralph Abe and Michael Dudley during the sales process. Ralph, although being new, was very sincere with his efforts and made sure to answer any questions we had, but he also asked for the help of Michael Dudley to assist him with the sale and Michael was very knowledgeable. We were then met by Anna McKay to discuss the warranty and additional services available and then lastly the finalization the transaction with Ken Henry. Sir, all of these folks exhibited the utmost professionalism and made our car buying experience the best we have had in 17 years. We purchased several additional services and an extended warranty and at no time did we feel any pressure and we truly felt for the first time that our wishes and needs came first (not always the case in past car buying experiences). It was truly worth the drive from Williamsburg. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase in 2013 and will always recommend Beach Ford to our family and friends. Service Advisor TOM BEST IS THE BEST. He got me checked in promptly and had my car delivered to the service area for Service Technician AL DIMAIUAT to perform the maintenance as requested by me. I know about maintenance as for almost 20 years in the Navy I serviced Nuclear Weapons, and their test and handling equipment all over the world.
