Bought a 2029 Ford Edge new! Was talked into buying extended warranty because of how advanced vehicles are today! This warranty is worthless! Torque converter going out at 79000 miles and Ford says they won't cover it! If you look on line Ford knows this an issue with this vehicle! People have even filed class action lawsuit on this issue! Ford has lost a life long customer! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD and will recommend that no one ever buys a Ford especially from a dealer that doesn't back a product they sell!!! More

Poor customer service. Ignored by front desk in service department until I asked if I should just take my truck somewhere else upon checking in.
