I’m very disappointed in the service care team. Took my vehicle in for the ac not working. Of course they did an inspection on it. After seeing the condition and milage, they started hounding me to trade it. They sent more texts. I finally had to get nasty with them to get them to leave me alone. I also spent 7 hours waiting for the repair. This is my only vehicle. I live in another state, so they were not going to give me a ride home. Beach Ford I'll let you know if and when I want to buy a newer vehicle, so leave me alone. More
