Brought car in for 120,000 mile service. Picked up car after service and noticed technician had forgotten to change pcv valve. Brought vehicle back and this was replaced. Next morning noticed oil drippi after service and noticed technician had forgotten to change pcv valve. Brought vehicle back and this was replaced. Next morning noticed oil dripping in driveway. Vehicle has never to this point leaked a single drop. Looked underneath and found oil everywhere under engine from left to right. Immediately brought the vehicle back to Beach Ford. Technician admitted to spilling oil and forgetting to clean up after his oil change. Said he then cleaned it up, drove it around and found no leak. After all this, I decided to double check every item on the list of services and found that technician forgot to rotate the tires. This was evident as I had wanted the rear tires moved up front because they had better tread. I also had one leaky tire which was in exactly the same spot as when I brought it in. Upon further examination, the timing belt cover was left on very loose (just barely hand tightened). I had asked them to take a look at the belt and let me know if it needed to be replaced. Technician said it looked original. Report said "some wear". When I brought it to an independent mechanic and paid him to take the entire cover all the way off (which takes a little more time on an escort) we noticed the belt was actually in great shape and not original at all. Probably had been replaced when I bought the vehicle about 15,000 miles ago. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE CENTER, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, FORGET TO DO REPAIRS AND LIE TO YOUR FACE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY. THE BEACH FORD SERVICE REP EVEN TOLD ME THAT FOR FUTURE REPAIRS THEY COULDN'T GUARANTEE THAT THE SAME TECHNICIAN WOULD NOT WORK ON MY CAR! SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EFFORT. AT THE VERY LEAST SCORE YOUR PARTS AND ASK FOR THEM BACK TO ENSURE THEY ARE ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOB. More

Above the unparalleled service, the facility is well planned for customer comfort and ease. My youngest son looks forward to service visits for the opportunity to eat at the snack bar. I obtained three other estimates which ranged from $880 to $1100. BEACH FORD was the final place I drove my truck to for an estimate. I had seen a 2013 F-150 Platinum 4X4 on your website and inquired about it and was immediately contacted by Erica Guardino in your Internet Sales Department who helped me get set up with an appointment for Saturday. Upon arriving Saturday we were assisted by Ralph Abe and Michael Dudley during the sales process. Ralph, although being new, was very sincere with his efforts and made sure to answer any questions we had, but he also asked for the help of Michael Dudley to assist him with the sale and Michael was very knowledgeable. We were then met by Anna McKay to discuss the warranty and additional services available and then lastly the finalization the transaction with Ken Henry. Sir, all of these folks exhibited the utmost professionalism and made our car buying experience the best we have had in 17 years. We purchased several additional services and an extended warranty and at no time did we feel any pressure and we truly felt for the first time that our wishes and needs came first (not always the case in past car buying experiences). It was truly worth the drive from Williamsburg. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase in 2013 and will always recommend Beach Ford to our family and friends.
