Great Service! Took 2011 escape in for tire rotation, oil change and state inspection. She then recommended some other maintenance I should have done so I authorized work to be completed. She went the extra mile trying to see if my vehicle extended warranty would cover the front end issue however, the mileage exceeded the allowable range. When I picked the vehicle up, Becky explained everything they did on my Escape. She also explained in depth some questions I had before I left. Becky has always been a super star in my book when it comes to customer service and loyalty to both Ford and her Customers. My grandfather was owner of West Herr Ford in Hamburg New York and always said the salesmen sold the vehicles but the service managers and mechanics kept the customers coming back. He was right! Service My service writer was great. Becky was new to me as Tom had been my writer for many years. That part of things were great. I had a recal. On my 201 My service writer was great. I told Becky what I thought was going on. A noise under the hood ( I say it's the compressor). Noise when driving 60mph on left and then at 70 mph on the right......I said I thought it was the luggage rack. I have extended warranty and wanted these checked. Sure enough it was the compressor but assured it meets factory quide lines. The noise at certain speeds was the molding and luggage rack as I said. $67.00 to tell meI diagnosed my car properly. NOW the noise happens at 30 mph........ As a woman I do feel like we are ripped off. I try to get most of my work done else where and will continue to do hat More

Recall/check engine light I Brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for a recall notice and a check engine light. I was told the light was on for a purge valve. I took my vehicle to my tech who I've been using for 20 + years. They installed a new purge valve since Beach Ford told me that is what the issue was. After installing it the light was still on so my tech did more investigating and found a blown fuse. He then installed the new fuse . I started my vehicle to leave after the repairs we made and when I put my Escape into reverse the fuse blew again . After further investigating the tech found the O2 sensor harness dropped and blew the fuse. He secured the harness and installed another fuse. Guess what??? I drove to NJ/ NY and no light! Soooo Monday I went to the "Service Director" Walker Ellwanger and explained what transpired. He looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Since Beach Ford misdiagnosed my problem and I paid for the diagnosis and a part that I didn't need I was looking for some sort of compensation. NOTHING!!!!! I ended up paying over $600.00 for things I didn't need! My money is important to me and I will NEVER go to Beach Ford again! Everyone makes mistakes but it's what you do afterwards to make things right that really matters!!!! More

Scammers - Dont buy or service here! So I started going here since it was close to my home for servicing. I would follow the routine maintenance programs and everything was fine. But I had several issues following which is why I will never go back to these god awful people. 1st is when I went to purchase a new Explorer SUV and I was doing my homework and checking other dealerships. I go an offer from Norfolk Priority which I was hoping Beach Ford would beat since I've been servicing with them. When I talked to the sales associate I informed them of my offer from Norfolk Priority and then they got their sales manager and when he came over, he called me a liar and asked who I talked to and when I told him the name, he said he knows that guy and he wouldn't give that rate and kept calling me a liar. 2nd is when I took my Mustang for Air Bag Safety Recall since I didn't buy from them I was still comfortable servicing there. After the recall replacement my sister in-law who drives the vehicle said there were issues with the wipers and blinkers acting erratically. I didn't take it right away but a few weeks later and informed them the wipers no longer worked. They said there was no way the airbag replacement would have impacted it because the work was done in the same column but it was 2 inches in-front of the wiper switch and the issue was due to the wiper motors corroding and going bad. The spray nozzle also didn't work and it seemed their assessment wasn't accurate. I told them I wanted to decide what to do and they went ahead and did the "work" and 700$ later the replaced the wiper motors and magically the spray nozzle was working again. I never had experience in this before so I was easily conned, I needed the car for my sister in-law and since the service manager who told me he wouldn't work on it until I said, he wasn't there so I went ahead and paid to get my car back. After doing so, there was nothing I could do to get my money back and I was scammed. The car was only 4 years old and I was told it was unheard of for that to happen in a new 2014 Mustang. Please do not trust these people, there are other times I recall when the scammed money out of me for servicing maintenance that they would again say the same thing on my next oil change visit. More

Brought my 2013 Ford Escape for the 3rd time in a year due to the check engine light coming on. I only drive to pick up my kid from school and grocery shop. All 3 times they want to charge me $118 just for the diagnostic When I spoke with the service manager and the branch manger this most recent time, they tell me there’s nothing they can do to wave that and my car is 7 years old so this is common! So, basically if you buy a Ford it’s only going to last 7 years until it becomes a money pit and even though it was just in their shop 4 months ago. I keep up with all my oil changes and barley drive it. To pay another $118 for the 3rd diagnostic is absurd, let alone the fact that it keeps happening! I do not recommend a ford to anyone!!! Get a Nissan!!! More
