Outstanding Repair Service My trucks front end was trash, every wheel felt like it was out-around. Touch the breaks and it felt like the front wheels were skipping up and down. Carl the service adviser and Jason the mechanic are gods in my eyes, they kept me up to date on repairs every step of the way. My truck flies again and the streets I travel are smooth again. My issue is that I was sold a comprehensive maintenance package that was suppose to cover my maintenance for five years. What the sales person didn't tell me is that it didn't cover 15,000 mile service on fuel injectors or fuel filters. That is additional cost to the customer. More

Worst service imaginable Had my Escape in for service 3 weeks ago. Tire pressure was completely off after the service. Today the car wouldn't start, battery completely dead. Roadside assistance found totally corroded battery terminals. I just wonder what is Beach Ford's understanding of service ? I am really questioning if the actually changed the oil or just charged me for it. Mr. Barton, it's the small things that make a dealership stand out positively, yours only stands out negative. This is the third car I bought at Beach Ford but it will also be the last ! Our previous Escape was sold to us with a motor containing faulty bearings, we'll known to them according to their shop manager. The motor had to be replaced with just 1500 miles on it. Mr. Barton, you can brag and smile on TV but this doesn't make your company any better. Listen to the complaints in the reviews and show leadership by cleaning up in your company ! More
