Beach Ford - Service Center

I had my Ford Mustang serviced at Beach Ford this week with service advisor Erica. I had a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation done. Erica contacted me shortly after they opened at 7:00 am to r with service advisor Erica. I had a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation done. She maintained excellent communication during the service offering required and optional repairs. I was able to pick up my car an hour early! She even contacted me today to make sure I was happy with everything! I am very much and will continue going to Beach Ford and now Erica for my automotive needs! Thank you! More

So far they have met every commitment as promised in the purchase of a vehicle. And then recently with the Servicing of the car. Initial service quote was super high for no reason. Dealer came back with a lower quote after I made it known I work on my own vehicle.
