I totally enjoyed my experience at Beaman auto today. Cameron helped me pick out the perfect van, and came to my home to help me transfer all of my dog crates to my new van and carried the heavy seats I Cameron helped me pick out the perfect van, and came to my home to help me transfer all of my dog crates to my new van and carried the heavy seats I had taken out of my old van. Took our T&C van in with electrical issues. We were told it was one specific problem..battery acid ate the wiring harness. After paying the 100$ diagnostic fee they wanted an additional $400 to find o told it was one specific problem..battery acid ate the wiring harness. After paying the 100$ diagnostic fee they wanted an additional $400 to find out how bad it was, and that would not be applied to parts and labor, nor could they give me an estimate for fixing it. Took it to my father in law to take a look at it. NO battery acid or corrosion found at all. What they told us was the problem was NOT the problem at all. I would not go to Beaman's Service Center, they lie and are a complete rip off. More
