Since purchasing our new Dodge Ram 1500 in December we have had a good response from the dealership, and the service department specifically. I had a chrome molding pulling away from the driver side crew have had a good response from the dealership, and the service department specifically. It was determined to be warranty work and the chrome trim piece was ordered and new appointment made. The piece was professionally replaced and I am very satisfied with my experience overall. More
