Since we didn't need a loan I called the following day to see when we would receive the title so we could license the car. I was told 15 business days. I checked our bank and seen our check had been processed a couple days after we bought the car. We didn't receive our title after 15 business days so called the office. I didn't get the ladies name, but was told we had to wait 15 business days. (which we had). I then asked if she could see what the hold up was and she said she had the title there and would get it in the mail. I guess we expected it to have already been in the mail. My frustration was being told we had to wait 15 business days before she checked to see where the title was. Not sure she would of looked to see where it was if I hadn't asked. As for our salesperson (Michael Gold) he did an excellent job in helping us find the car we choose to purchase. He was very patient and helpful with all our questions. More

Best Service Department in the area Shortly after leaving your dealership on Friday 03/17/17 - a noise was coming from the car - Called and spoke with Derek P. who was the service adviso Shortly after leaving your dealership on Friday 03/17/17 - a noise was coming from the car - Called and spoke with Derek P. who was the service advisor for my oil change for my 2014 Elantra Hyundai. He said oh please just bring it back now so we can see what may be the problem. Unfortunately I had to be at home for an appointment. Promptly on Monday the 20th after keeping the car parked in my driveway all weekend - I call the Service Department back and Chet said come on in we will look it over and see what we can do to help. I arrived 15 minutes later and within a few minutes - Chris had looked over the problem and the under carriage had come loose under the car. Chris did a quick fix to get me back on the road. Chris and the service guys (Rob, Tanner and Darrell) were helpful in so many ways to help me out has really scored with me. I will be back to have my oil changed and other services such as fixing the under carriage. I was told an estimate before I left and it was really reasonable.
