BUYER BEWARE!!! I thought Todd Archer was still a great dealership to work with since this was my 3rd vehicle I bought from them. They seemed great still when I was working with them again.That is not the case anymore. Make sure that if you do go to purchase a car from them that you love the vehicle before you finalize!!! I had to search for a new car since mine was totaled in an accident. I am now in a car that does not work for me and when I tried to let them know the next day (approx. 12 hrs. later), they said that there was nothing they could do about it and I have to live with it. I was told that it was my fault and shouldn't have signed the paperwork then. (even after speaking with Todd Archer himself) I thought for sure they would do what they could to make it right, especially with being a return customer. I was even willing to still purchase a different vehicle that I liked through them. I do assume my part of the responsibility on this as well. Lesson learned. I also purchased an extended warranty and cancelled it, first the paperwork was not filled out completely by them. Then, they never sent the paperwork in to be processed and it has been 5 months now. They seem great when dealing with them and looking at vehicles, but the dealership is only out to make a buck and that is it!!! They do not care about their customers! It's only a facade! I strongly advise to go to a different dealership. There are others in the area.( Woodhouse Hyundai or Edwards are a couple) More

Second chance Had a fog lamp go out on a 2017 Elantra. Service Department said I had a rodent issue on a car I purchased less the 45 days ago. Anyway, they wanted to charge me $150 for a $30 job. I said no thank you. Took it somewhere privately and found the connector missing now. So here I sit back at Todd Archer. Understanding my frustration, Chet stepped up to the plate. Employees that care are a dime a dozen. He offered to fix the situation on the spot. No charge for the missing part. No charge for service. And most importantly, he restored my faith in the Service Department. I will be back. It was worth giving Todd Archer a 2nd chance. More
