Took it to get serviced only to find out that Todd Archer doesnt have the equiptment to run diagnosis on my vehicle, that they sold me, so they had me take it to BMW dealership. Diadnosis alone is $170, a tie back claise in the warranty says the repairs must be done at Todd Archer, well they said they would authorize repairs to be done at BMW however I am still waiting!!! 10 days later!!! No loaner car and no one can tell me when the repairs will be authorized!!! I spoke to 5 people today! No of them could help me... More
car services, selling and buying a vehicle I have been a long time customer of Todd Archer Hyundai since 2010 when I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe brand new. I have not had any major engine is I have been a long time customer of Todd Archer Hyundai since 2010 when I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe brand new. I have not had any major engine issues with the vehicle up until last week when the throttle body had to be replaced. Going on 96,000 miles, I could foresee more issue start to happen. That is just the nature of a car that is seven years old and has 96,000 miles on it. I decided that I needed to start looking at purchasing a new vehicle soon. As I was leaving the dealership, I saw a vehicle that I have been doing research on for the last year and decided to test drive it. By the end of the day, I purchased the vehicle and am very glad I did. The people at Todd Archer Hyundai were so nice and offered me a deal I could not pass up. I have to give a special thank you to Phil who was outstanding in helping me make a big decision with the purchase. My husband was glad too when all said and done. He loves the new car. Thank you for helping me into a great newer car, even though I miss my Hyundai.......your service over the years has been great and I look forward to returning to your dealership for all my future car needs. I also recently found out it had another recall before purchase as well as being involved in a lawsuit for a defective part and none of this disclosed to me prior to purchase. I've own my car less than a year and it's needed one new tire and two new tire sensors and the check engine light is on. I feel like I was sold a car with prior issues and it was not disclosed to me. Great car at a great price. We wanted to trade in our 2014 for a 2017 Santa Fe Sport. Bob took great care of us, and showed us a vehicle in the color we (thought we) wanted. Th We wanted to trade in our 2014 for a 2017 Santa Fe Sport. Bob took great care of us, and showed us a vehicle in the color we (thought we) wanted. That color didn't suit us, so we found an available vehicle in a color we liked instead. Buying a car is never fast. With that said, we walked in about 4 PM and left with a great new car about 9 PM. I'm pretty certain some of the staff went running home as soon as we left. Thanks to the team at Todd Archer for making this a painless experience! More
